BEYOND THE FUTURE WARRANTY

The Warranty Certificate applies to New Vehicles * (within one year of purchase) and to rust free Used Vehicles** (3 model years and newer) as described on the reverse side hereto and as further described on the customer’s invoice for the :

A) Type of Protection

The ‘Complete’ Protection Package
The ‘UnderBody’ Rust Cure™ Protection Package
The ‘Essentials’ Rust Cure™ Protection Package

B) Type of Formula Protection

Formula 1000 - reapply every 12 months
Formula 2000 - reapply every 12 months
Formula 3000 with CSC850 - reapply every 18 months
Formula CSC850 a New Car Dealer Exclusive - first application is 36 months of continuous protection (reapply every 18 months thereafter)

The Corrosion FREE Warranty Program is designed to offer maximum corrosion
protection within a disciplined maintenance program for vehicle owners who want to keep
their vehicles structurally sound and free of damage caused by rust and corrosion. If the
customer follows the program and the required application cycles, Corrosion FREE of
North America Inc. will authorize and arrange, at it’s expense, for the repair or replacement
of body panels or structural frame members weakened by corrosion or rust.

When applied by an authorized “Factory Certified” Corrosion FREE dealer, the warranty covers the vehicle body structure including the roof and floor pan. It is understood that the Warranty is dependent upon the periodic application of one of Corrosion FREE’s proprietary formulas. Corrosion FREE relies upon the customer bringing the vehicle to an approved Corrosion FREE Zone facility for inspection and reapplication of the treatment.

SURFACE CORROSION may result from a stone chip or other form of abrasion. For vehicles protected by Formula 2000, 3000, or CSC850, the Warranty will apply to the extent described herein. At the first sign of rust or corrosion the customer must return to a Corrosion FREE Zone facility where the surface corrosion will be treated on a no charge basis. This service will stop the surface corrosion givng the customer ample opportunity to have the paint damage repaired at his or her expense. Corrosion FREE is not responsible for repainting damage caused by paint chipping or blistering.

The ’UnderBody’ Rust Cure™ (2) application is limited to the underbody only. When either Formula 3000 or Formula CSC850 is applied, the underbody frame, gas tanks, fuel lines, hydraulic brake lines and emergency brake cables are included and protected by the Warranty (**for Used Vehicles - see note below), however all body panels and surface corrosion damage are excluded under the ’UnderBody’ Rust Cure™ section of the Warranty.

The ‘Essentials’ Rust Cure Treatment (3) is warranty specific to the Door Bottom Seams*, Wheel Wells, Hood, Trunk Lid, or Tailgate Door and all of the items covered by the UnderBody Rust Cure section of this warranty.

It is understood that THE BEYOND THE FUTURE WARRANTY IS SPECIFICALLY TIED TO PERIODIC MAINTENANCE. Defects or recalls covered by the manufacturer’s warranty will supersede the herein stated Warranty. Corrosion FREE will monitor manufacturers defects and recalls and attempt to notify customers of any such programs.

Corrosion FREE has developed a Computerized Customer Tracking and Reminder System. Customers will be reminded by mail within 30 days of their scheduled re application date. Failure to comply with the disciplined maintenance program invalidates the Warranty. Reminders are done as a courtesy, it is understood that compliance is solely the responsibility of the customer.

ACCIDENTS - In the event of an accident, bring the vehicle to a Corrosion FREE Zone Dealer for a reapplication of the Formula to the repaired areas. This must be done within 30 days of the repairs being completed as it will keep your vehicle protected and maintain the good standing of the Warranty.

The total liability of Corrosion FREE will be limited to the cost of repairs as covered by the Warranty, and the total cost of repairs or replacement shall not exceed the then current cash value of the vehicle. Corrosion FREE, under the terms of the Warranty, shall not be responsible for lost time, inconvenience, consequential damage or loss of use of vehicle while being repaired and at it’s sole discretion may limit the warranty to one claim or refund of application charges .

The certificate is offered in lieu of any and all expressed warranties made with the transaction, and Corrosion FREE shall have no further liability whatsoever for damages other than those covered by the agreement.

* Warranty Exclusions:
Paint peeling, blistering, bubbling along seams.
All mechanical parts including but not limited to: Engine oil pans, gas tank sending units, air conditioning/power steering lines, window trim , caulk filled seams and foam filled areas are excluded from warranty coverage.

** Used Vehicles
2 to 3 model years old are excluded from warranty coverage for the 30 month period following initial application.

Note: At time of first application, 3 model years and newer means:
During calendar year 2010, all 2011, 2010, 2009, and 2008 rustfree vehicles qualify.

In calendar year 2011, all 2012, 2011, 2010, and 2009 rustfree vehicles qualify.

In calendar year 2012, all 2013, 2012, 2011 and 2010 rustfree vehicles qualify, etc.

“Beyond the Future” means waranty coverage continues provided the vehicle has one of Corrosion Free’s formulas re-applied within the required time, as defined in (B) above.
